Our Story
It all started at a restaurant in Port Saint Lucie, Florida – Yoyo Asian Street Food. The chef, Yoyo, did not want to keep chicken wings on the menu. But I urged Yoyo to keep them on the menu because that was a huge seller for the previous owners.
We kept the chicken wings on the menu. Then, one day Yoyo asked me if I could try a sauce that he created.
This sauce was incredible! Bursting with flavor and just the right amount of heat. Why have ketchup, barbecue sauce and tartar sauce in the refrigerator when you can have one sauce that does it all and goes great on everything?
Now it’s time for every household in America to have a bottle of UGI-Yo Special Sauce and tell their friends and family.
